The book binder folding knife comprises two wiping members 420 which are tightly fitted to both sides of the folding knife 231 to hold the knife, a long outer shell member 410 which holds and fixes these two wiping members 420 on the outer surface side slidably to the sides of the folding knife 231 and operate the folding knife 231 at the separate position, and a magnet 430 fixed to the outer surface side. The plate-like folding knife 231 is held so as to be tightly fitted to both sides slidably on the sides to wipe off stains on the surface of the folding knife 231.
