Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically finish a trunk of a bag and finish outer face and sticking face beautifully, and save labor for exchanging a mold by devices wherein base papers on top and bottom faces of each storing device can move in described order in positional relationship of sheet base paper storing devices, delivery conveyors, folding processing devices, and timing belts, which are respectively in normal and opposite directions.
CONSTITUTION: As a positional relationship, a sheet base paper storing device 13, a delivery conveyor 17, a folding processing device 21, a direction conversion roll 25, and a timing belt 23, which are respectively in normal directions, are arranged in described order. Then, a base paper 80 on the top face stored in the storing device 13 can move passing the devices in sequence in a state having folding faces 11 at both ends in axial direction. On the other hand, a sheet base paper storing device 14, a delivery conveyor 18, a folding processing device 22, and a timing belt 24, which are respectively in opposite directions, are arranged in described order. Then, a base paper 81 on the bottom face can move passing the devices in sequence in a state having the faces 11 on both ends in cross direction. Accordingly, a bag to be used for carrying products of high quality can be manufactured automatically and efficiently by maintaining outside beauty and high precision.
