Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a folding storage basket for of a motorcycle capable of sufficiently securing a loading space of a basket main body, folding and storing it in a car body front side cover covering the periphery of a head pipe at the time when it is not used and favorable in appearance.
CONSTITUTION: A folding storage basket A of a motorcycle is constituted by forming an opening part 8 in front of a car body front side cover 1 covering the periphery of a head pipe, providing a downward frame 9 free to project front-outward from the car body front side cover 1 on the lower part of this opening 8, providing an upward frame 9 free to project front-outward from the car body front side cover 1 on the upper part of the opening 8, constituting a basket main body 7 by way of covering the side part of the upward frame 11 from the bottom part of the downward frame 9 with a flexible sheet 17 and making it free to fold and store this basket main body 7 in the opening 8.
