Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute the follow-up without any error by providing a filter to output the sine wave of a special frequency to an impulse input in a controller. CONSTITUTION:A follow-up controller is constituted of a motor 1, a head 2 fitted to this, a servo amplifier 3, a filter 4 to output the sine wave of the special frequency to an impulse input, a dynamic compensating device 5 designed so as to secure the safety of the system as a whole and an error detecting device 6. A filter 4 to output the sine wave of the frequency of the component with the largest level out of the frequency components of the position fluctuation of a track to an impulse input is obtained. By the dynamic compensating device 5 designed based on the observer theory to stabilize the system to annex the filter 4 and moving parts 1-2, the device can be stably followed up without any error to a position fluctuation component.
