Abstract:
To provide a better ω-3 fatty acid-containing food-and-drink composition for preventing and/or improving degradation of cerebral functions.SOLUTION: A food-and-drink composition comprises 0.1-1,000 pts.mass of an ω-3 fatty acid based on 1 pt.mass of a compound expressed by a formula in the figure. The compound of the formula is at least one selected from nobiletin, tangeretin, luteolin, and quercetin.
