Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food composition synergistically accelerating beauty white effect and having both of sufficient beauty white effect and safety by peroral ingestion by including proanthocyanidin and glutathione.
SOLUTION: This food composition contains (A) proanthocyanidin and (B) glutathione. As the component A, e.g. an extract of seeds of grapes is used. Preferably, an extract, etc., of glutathione-containing yeast powder, a glutathione-containing lever of a bovine or a swine is used. Preferably, a collagen or a degraded collagen is further mixed to the objective composition because of exceedingly synergistically accelerating beauty white effect of the skin. Preferably, each component is mixed to the objective composition so as to contain 50-200 mg of the component A, 100 μg-10 mg of the component B and 100 mg-5 g of collagen (degraded material) per a daily ingestion amount of the objective composition.
