Abstract:
To provide a food dough rounding device capable of sufficiently performing rounding and shaping on a dough ball regardless of a dough type and capable of performing excellent rounding and shaping even when a transportation drum is small-sized and, then, the whole device is small-sized.SOLUTION: A food dough rounding device comprises: a transportation drum 2 that rotates around a vertical rotation axis and has an outer peripheral surface to be a transportation surface for a dough ball; and a plurality of guide members 4 that are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the transportation drum 2 so as to face the outer peripheral surface and form, together with the outer peripheral surface, dough ball travel grooves 31 having a cross section in an approximate V-shaped. The plurality of guide members 4 are disposed in series in the circumferential direction of the transportation drum 2. Around the transportation drum 2 is formed a dough ball transportation passage 3 constituted by the travel grooves 31 connected in multistage. Each travel groove 31 has a downstream side end existing at a position higher than an upstream side end of a travel groove positioned at the subsequent stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
