PURPOSE: To obtain a food for drawing providing an excellent picture on the surface by placing a film coated with edible ink on the surface of food having the surface of sliding face, packaging the food with vacuum packaging films in vacuum, fast sticking the film to the food and integrating.
CONSTITUTION: A film 3 is placed on the surface of a food 1 such as chocolate having smooth surface in such a way that an edible ink face is brought into contact with the food. Then, the film 3 and the food 1 are placed on a transparent packaging film 2 and a packaging film 4 are placed on the film and the food. Then, the three sides of the films 2 and 4 are bonded so as to form heat sealing parts H, the film 3 is stuck fast to the food 1 and integrated by the films 2 and 4 to form a bag. Then the inside of the films 2 and 4 are made vacuum by a vacuum packaging machine and a heat sealing part H is formed on the remaining one side. Consequently the film 3 is fast stuck to the food 1 by the films 2 and 4 and integrated to give a food for drawing.
