Abstract:
PURPOSE: To solve problems in that moistness and puffy feeling of a food cannot be reproduced; the surface is dried hard or steaming and heating cannot be carried out in cooking a frozen food packaged in a conventional packaging material in a microwave oven.
CONSTITUTION: This frozen food is obtained by packaging the frozen food with a packaging material having a water absorbing sheet in its state of water held therein on the whole inner surface. Furthermore, this packaging material for the frozen food has the water absorbing sheet in its state of water held therein on the whole inner surface.
