Abstract:
To provide a food freezing device capable of suppressing unevenness in freezing of food.SOLUTION: A food freezing device comprises: a food storage that stores food; a cooler that cools the inside of the food storage; a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature of air in the food storage or a temperature of the food; and a control unit that controls the cooler. The control unit switching from a standby mode of controlling the cooler so that the detected temperature is maintained after the detected temperature of the temperature detection unit reaches a set temperature higher than a freezing point of the food, to a rapid freezing mode of controlling the cooler so that the cooling capacity is higher than in the standby mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
