Abstract:
To provide a crusher 10 of food granular material and a crushing device which crushes a large amount of food granular material with a high oil content such as coffee beans without adhering the food granular material to an inner peripheral surface.SOLUTION: A crusher 10 of food granular material includes a cylindrical container 20, a rotation shaft 35 arranged and inserted in one end wall of the container 20, a rotary blade 30 mounted on the rotation shaft 35, a fixed blade 40 arranged on the other end wall of the container 20, a supply port 21 of granular material arranged via a center part of the fixed blade 40, and a discharge port 22 of crushed material arranged on a peripheral wall 25 of the container 20. An inner peripheral surface 25a of the container 20 is formed in a slope shape inclining to the rotation shaft 35. The fixed blade 40 is structured of a fixed side holding member 41 and a fixed side blade member 42, and a fixed side cooling space 43 which is arranged inside the fixed side holding member 41 and flows a cooling medium. The crushing device is structured of the crusher 10 of the food granular material and separation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
