Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a food material-carrying dish having a hollow space therein, capable of preventing heat release of hamburger food materials and carrying them smoothly.
CONSTITUTION: This dish P is designed to put hamburger food materials in a preheated state on a conveyance line and carry them, and has a hollow space R therein. It is preferable that this dish P have such a design as to put the food materials on one hamburger basis.
