Title:
POLYMER COMPOUND ELECTROLYTE FILM AND SECONDARY BATTERY USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3171238
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently satisfy both high ionic conductivity and superior dynamical strength by forming a film, in which dense and lean polymer concentration parts exist, and concentration is continuously and periodically changed in response to position.
SOLUTION: A polymer to be used for polymer compound electrolyte film is obtained by hardening a photocuring resin. As this photocuring resin, polymer of the ultraviolet setting resin such as multifunctional acrylate compound is preferable. In a polymer compound film 1, a dense concentration part 2 of polymer and a lean concentration part 3 of the polymer exist alternately as in a stripe. The dense concentration part 2 is preferably formed into a plate- shape. Cycle of concentration change of the polymer is preferably set at 2 μm or less. A polymer compound electrolyte film can be manufacture by the following method. Mixture of the photocuring resin and the ion conductive material is formed into a film-shape, and is irradiated with the interference light. A dense concentration part of the polymer is generated in response to a part, where optical intensity of the interference light is high.
