Abstract:

To provide a quite new food product derived from dry fruit-containing butter, which enables a person to eat a large amount of the dry fruit-containing butter, while the raisin (dry fruit) butter has been eaten in only an extremely small amount, because the raisin (dry fruit) butter is butter as the food material and contains fats in a large amount.

This food product derived from the dry fruit-containing butter is characterized in that the outside of the dry fruit-containing butter is covered with a crust portion comprising the crust of a French bread and its continued crumb.
