To always keep a food warming cabinet sanitary by preventing entering of various germs from an air duct into the cabinet and to effectively keep temperature of the cabinet which has excellent maintainability and cleaning of which is simplified.
The food warming cabinet 10 is constituted to have double box structure obtained by demarcating a food warming chamber 13 inside the air duct 14 defined in a main body 11. The air duct 14 consists of an upper space 17, left and right side spaces 18, 19, and a bottom space 20. The upper space 17 is divided into an upper divided path 17a and a lower divided path 17b with a partition plate 22, and both of the upper divided path 17a and the lower divided path 17b are communicated with each other via a through-hole 23. A fan 24b for a blower 24 and a heater 25 are arranged at the upper divided path 17a. Air sucked from a side of the lower divided path 17b to the side of the upper divided path 17a by operation of the blower 24 is heated to be hot air in contact with the heater 25 and thereafter, the hot air flows into the right side space 18. In a process in which this hot air is circulated in the bottom space 20, the left side space 19, and the lower divided path 17b, the hot air exchanges heat with a partition 12 defining the warming chamber 13 to keep the temperature of the chamber 13 indirectly.
