Abstract:

To provide a method for manufacturing a foot fin, capable of injection-molding a blade and a cylindrical part at the same time to increase the joining strength of them, capable of performing the color combination of a product, having industrial utility value and sharply conserving a production cost and an equipment cost.

Joining bodies for forming the blade and cylindrical part of the foot fin at the same time, the moment raw materials are simultaneously injected by two injection units, are provided on two proper parts of a combination type apparatus. Two injection units can be respectively adjusted to proper injection times and injection pressures based on the flow velocities of two raw materials in a molten state, and the molded blade and the molded cylindrical part are perfectly joined and integrated so as to have the best joining strength.
