Abstract:
PURPOSE: To train feet and the waist by equally inclining ankles in a lot of directions without rotating the body.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary ring 2 is horizontally installed so as to rotate with the rotating force of a motor M through a rotary coring member RW formed by combining a circular rail R and a pulley W onto an upper surface 1a of a hollow pedestal 1 internally provided with the motor M. Then, an oscillating board 3 to be inclined with the rotation of this rotary ring is obliquely installed on an inclined upper surface of the rotary ring 2, and its central part O is fixed to the upper part of a free relay 4 erected on the pedestal 1.
