Abstract:
To provide a force sensor that can detect force or a moment with high accuracy and sensitivity even if configured as an electrostatic capacity type or strain gauge type.SOLUTION: Force sensors 1c and 1s according to the present invention detect force in one axis direction, and comprise: a stationary part 10; a movable part 20 that relatively moves with respect to the stationary part 10 by an action of force; a deformation body 30 that is connected to the stationary part 10 and the movable part 20, and elastically deforms in a direction non-parallel with the one axis direction by the relative movement of the movable part 20 with respect to the stationary part 10; and a detection circuit 40 that outputs an electric signal indicative of the force acted on the movable part 20 on the basis of the elastic deformation generated in the deformation body 30. The deformation body 30 includes: a first detection portion A that has a first spring constant; and a second detection portion B that has a second spring constant different from the first spring constant, and the detection circuit 40 is configured to output the electric signal on the basis of the elastic deformation generated in at least one of the first detection portion A and the second detection portion B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
