Abstract:
To provide a foreign matter inspection device capable of more reliably detecting minute foreign matter and a method for manufacturing a glass container using the same.SOLUTION: A foreign matter inspection device of the present invention includes: a light source 32 that illuminates light on a glass container 1; a camera 33 that captures an image of a skirt bottom part 13 of the glass container 1; and a determination device 34 that determines whether or not foreign matter is mixed in the skirt bottom part 13 based on the image captured by the camera 33. The camera 33 includes: a camera main body 330; a reverse ring 331 attached to the camera main body 330; and an imaging lens 332 attached to the camera body 330 by being reversed via the reverse ring 331.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
