Abstract:
To improve inspection accuracy of foreign matter.SOLUTION: In a foreign matter inspection system, a control device 40 rotates a stage 12 by controlling a motor 13 such that a bottle 90 is inclined from an upright state and an air bubble 97 in the bottle 90, i.e., in a head portion of the bottle 90, is moved to an intermediate portion between the head portion and a bottom portion of the bottle 90. The control device 40 controls the motor 13 to adjust a rotational angle of the stage 12 to an angle at which the air bubble 97 stays in the intermediate portion of the bottle 90. Then, the control device 40 rotates the stage 12 by controlling the motor 13 such that the bottle 90 is inverted from an inclined state. Then, the control device 40 controls a camera 17 such that, in a case where the bottle 90 is brought to an inverted state, a foreign matter fall path 103 between the bottom portion 95 and the head portion 91 of the bottle 90 is imaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
