Abstract:
To solve the problem that since foreign matters inside a metal storage plate for filling and storing cosmetics are mixed with cosmetics, severe washing and air application must be repeatedly performed for the metal storage plate before filling so as to remove foreign matters.SOLUTION: Foreign matters in an inner surface of a storage plate and a cut processed surface are removed by transfer by a transfer part composed of a metal net installed as a gradual inclined plate on a frame-like mount, and a vibration addition device capable of directly vibrating the metal net from the outside, and vibration of the metal net from the upper side to the lower side of the transfer part by directing downward a storage surface of a storage plate for storing cosmetics formed in a thin plate form by subjecting a metal material to drawing working and cut working by press.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
