Abstract:
Structural simplification and an efficient state of jetting of high pressure air out of a nozzle are ensured. A foreign material removal device is provided with: a cylinder (18) into which air is caused to flow, a piston (22) that is movably supported in the cylinder and that delivers the air that has flowed into the cylinder in a delivery direction as high pressure air; and a nozzle (6) via which the high pressure air delivered by the piston is jetted out Thus, the piston is moved relative to the cylinder, the high pressure air is delivered out of the cylinder, and the high pressure air is jetted out of the nozzle, whereby structural simplification and an efficient state of jetting of the high pressure air out of the nozzle can be ensured.
