Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a foreign matter capturing performance without amplifying a channel resistance and without lowering the strength, concerning a foreign matter capturing filter which is installed in the channel and captures foreign matter in fluid.SOLUTION: Each of filter members (1a), (1b) is constituted with an outer frame (11) disposed along an inner circumference of a channel and filter material (12) made of a number of wires (12a), (12b) extended within the outer frame (11), and a filter pile body (1) is constituted by piling the filter members (1a), (1b) such that respective filter materials (12) face each other with a prescribed separation distance interposed therebetween. Therein, the separation distance is set so as to be smaller than the maximum size of an opening (13) formed among the wires (12a), (12b). The adjacent filter members (1a), (1b) are stacked in such a state as to be deviated by a prescribed angle in the circumferential direction such that an opening (13) of the filter material (12) of one side filter member (1a) is divided by wires (12a), (12b) of filter material (1) of the other side filter member (1b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
