The layer 6 has an interference substance layer made of a mica powder covering with an Li-Co-Ti composite oxide represented by a formula Li0.5-xCo0.5-x[Li0.5-xCoxTi1.5]O1 (0<X<0.1) for creating a colored interference color and transparent infinitesimal balls aligned and disposed on the substance layer.
