To prevent a malfunction of a fork in a forklift in which the fork is operated by a touch operation of a hydraulic operation section displayed in a display means.
A lift operation section 4 in the center of which a reference position 40 is set is displayed in a display 24 of a display unit of the forklift. A touch sensor 25 to detect the touch operation to the lift operation section 4 is provided in the display unit. A control unit actuates the fork when an operator touches the reference position 40 of the lift operation section 4 by two fingers 80 and 81, and while keeping touching the reference position 40 by one of the two fingers 80 and 81, performs a sliding operation upward or downward from the reference position 40 by the other finger, makes the fork keep ascending or descending when keeping on touching both of the two fingers 80 and 81, and stops the lift operation of the fork when he/she releases the touch of both or one of the two fingers 80 and 81.
