A beam form 1 having a U-shaped section integrally connects right and left side forms 3A, 3B by a connection tool 15 piercing battens 22 of a bottom form 2. The side forms 3A, 3B are provided with plywood 11 on which a plurality of vertically extending sash bars 12 are fitted at the outside. And the bottom form 2 is provided with plywood 21 on which a plurality of longitudinally extending battens 22 are fitted at the underside. A plurality of battens 24 extending in the right and left direction are provided at the underside of the bottom form 2, and casters 26 are provided under the battens 24.
