Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cylindrical concrete product to be efficiently manufactured by placing a form of the product in a line by allowing an outer mold (particularly a side board) from the form before an inner mold is released.
SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the cylindrical concrete product comprises the steps of vertically dividing the side board of the form from its intermediate part, rotatably attaching an upper side board to a lower side board via a hinge, and inclining the side boards to an outside, thereby allowing the boards to be opened. Since the side boards are vertically divided, the inner mold is throttled, then the upper side board and the side plate are opened, and then the lower side board is opened. Thus, before the inner mold is drawn out, the cylindrical concrete product can be removed from the outer mold.
