Abstract:

To provide a form device which can be fabricated by simply changing the shape of a pre-cast concrete foundation block according to the floor plan of an architectural structure.

The form device 1 of the pre-cast concrete foundation block is comprised of having a partition plate 3 and providing with form bodies 5 and 5 to one side and the other side of the partition plate 3. Each form body 5 is composed of a fixed base member 7 secured to the partition plate 3, a moved base member 11 extending in a direction orthogonal to the fixed base member 7 and movable along the fixed base member 7, and a side-wall body 13 detachably mounted on the fixed base member 7 and the moved base member 11. The shape of the form body 5 is changed by removing the side-wall body 13, moving the moved base member 11 and mounting the side-wall body 13 again.
