Abstract:
To provide an easy-to-remove form device for forming a vertical hole in a top surface of a reusable concrete building.
In a form device for forming a vertical hole in a top surface of a concrete building, a peripheral form portion 2 annularly continuing in a plane position is constituted by having a plurality of form panels 6 and 8 annularly coupled together. The form panels 6 and 8 are partially displaced inward so that a shape of the whole peripheral form portion 2 can be reduced in the plane position to be released from the concrete building.
