Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mount and dismantle forms quickly by composing the forms of the connecting-section of a column and a beam in a reinforced concrete structure of intermediate forms and two slide forms and fixing the forms onto the side face of the beam by a fixture.
CONSTITUTION: Intermediate forms 2 forming the corner of a column 5 are fixed onto the side face of a beam 6 by a fixture 4 through slide forms 3 consisting of a frame plate 31 and a mounting plate 32. Slots 321 are formed previously to the slide forms 3, and a dimensional error and positional displacement at the time of mounting can be absorbed. Concrete is placed into the forms, and cured, and the fixture 4 is removed and the intermediate forms 2 and the slide forms 3 are mold-released. Accordingly, the forms of a connecting section are mounted and dismantled easily, thus quickening construction.
