Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction cost of a form definition database by providing form definition data stored in a form definition data managing device to a form recognition processor as necessary.
SOLUTION: This form image processor is constituted of the form definition data managing device 100 which is comprised of a form definition data generator 101 to generate the form definition data to indicate relation between a described position and description data of a form and a charging managing device 111 to charge according to a degree that the form recognition processor to be mentioned later uses the form definition data, a communication line network 10 to transmit form definition data to be managed by the form definition data managing device 100 to the form recognition processor 200 and the form recognizing processor 200 to discriminate a type of the form based on the form definition data acquired via a communication line.
