Abstract:
PURPOSE: To release safely and simply to the front and improve workability by forming up a constitution in which a core is started to lift when a lifting mechanism provided in the core is operated at the time of releasing and the outer skin of the core is separated from the concrete face of a product by reducing the sectional width.
CONSTITUTION: A front side plank 60 and a rear side plank 70 are set rotatably on the front and rear of a plinth 30 in a manner of opening and closing freely in a form for manufacturing a retaining wall block provided with the side planks to be opened and closed freely on the left and right side faces of the plinth 30. A driving arm 62 is provided hangingly on the lower section of the front side plank 60, and a drainage hole forming pin 68 is inserted into the given position of a frame bottom face 33. The driving arm 62 is connected with the water drainage forming pin 68 by a lifting mechanism 160 for converting the forward and backward movement to the up and down movement, and a core supporting beam 80 is formed from the rear section of the plinth 30 to the front through the rear side plank 70 and set protrudingly. A core 150 of almost u-sectional shape with a flexible section is formed, and a lifting mechanism 130 for converting the rotating movement of a screwed lever 131 to the lifting and lowering movement is fixed on the lower face of a loosely inserting frame 140 inserted loosely into the core supporting beam 80.
