A constitution in which an intermediate unit is disposed between a pair of end units 200 is adopted. A water channel width of a water channel block manufactured by suitably selectively setting number and type of the intermediate unit can be arbitrarily changed. A side plate 260 is coupled to a support plate 270 through four links 280 for constituting a parallel link, and a plurality of coupling holes 274a are respectively formed at the plate 260, the link 280 and the plate 270. Accordingly, the coupling positions can be changed by suitably utilizing the holes to regulate an interval tc between an inner surface of the plate 260 of a closed state and a side face of an end core 220 opposed to the inner surface of the plate 260, thereby arbitrarily changing a water channel wall thickness of the block to be manufactured.
