To provide both a form panel made of a resin which eliminates the need for waste disposal, increases usage, dispenses with nailing, and can be easily disassembled and a form constructing method.

A plurality of vertical ribs 3 for reinforcement are provided on the surface of the outside of the panel 1 made of a translucent resin, and pin holes 5 are formed on both upper and lower sides of the vertical ribs 3. Pin holes 8, 9 and 15 are formed at the end parts of a separator 6 and supporting body 13. The separator 6 is mounted to the joint of the panel 1, and protrusions 8a and 9a are fitted in the pin holes 5. Then by inserting clip pins 12 in the pin holes 8, 9 and 15, the separator 6 and supporting body 13 are integrally connected and fixed to the panel 1.
