Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of a form by forming a form panel laminating face material on one face of a heat insulation layer composed of foaming plastic and providing a plurality of parallel slits in an area curved as the angle part of the projected corner of the heat insulation layer.
SOLUTION: Face material 2 is laminated on one face or both the faces of a heat insulation layer 1 composed of foaming plastic such as polystyrene and polyurethane to mold a form panel for a projected corner. A plurality of slits having same width and depth are formed in parallel at same pitch in an area curved as the angle part of the projected corner of the form panel for the external corner A. Next, the formation face side of the slit 3 is made an inside, curved at a part forming the slit 3, and bent at an angle of 90°. Thus, the depth of each slit is properly differed in response to the angle bending the panel, and occurrence of heat insulation loss can be restrained.
