Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a durable steel form in a factory by an easy method and to obtain inexpensively a catch basin with variety of required design dimensions by constituting integrally an inner form and an outer form made of steel and pulling out each form directly upward when the forms are released.
SOLUTION: At first, by constituting an inner form A and an outer form B not as a separation type but as a monolithic type each with four sheets of steel sheets 1, the steel forms A and B can be divertadly and in addition, by pulling out each form A and B directly upward by means of a lift T, the work can be performed safely and efficiently because assembling and dismantling of heavy forms as separation type are unnecessary. In addition, when several kinds of inner forms A and outer forms B each with different inner diameters are prepd. and they are assembled each other and a template K with a required shape and dimension of a connection hole of a drain pipe is set at an arbitrary position between inner and outer forms A and B to prepare a catch basin with a required design.
