FORM REMOVING METHOD AND FORM REMOVING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To perform smooth peel of forms by a method wherein forms are previously provided with a regulating allowance for removal of forms, and after concreting and curing, vibration is vertically exerted on the concreted surface between the forms by means of an ultravibrating device.
CONSTITUTION: The shape of a given concrete structure is formed by means of inner and outer forms 11A and 11B, and the inner and outer forms 11A and 11B are fixed by means of a separator 12 and a tie rod 13. Regulating parts 14 each having a regulating allowance δ for removal of forms are formed to the forms 11A and 11B and ultravibrating devices 15 are arranged to the back of each of the forms 11A and 11B. After concrete 10 is placed and cured, tie rods 13 are removed and by starting the exciting devices 15, vibration approximately in a vertical direction is applied on the concreted surfaces between the inner and outer forms 11A and 11B. Thus, the forms are smoothly peeled from the concrete.
