To easily and accurately hold a joint having directionality to a form to mold a segment provided with this joint.
The substrate 13 fixed to the outer surface of a form plate 11, the support part 14 attached to the subgstrate 13 and a holding mechanism 12 having the holding bolt 15 supported by the support part 14 are provided to the form plate 11 forming the bonding surface of a segment. A mount member 16 having a taper peripheral surface is provided to the inner surface of the form plate 11. A communication hole 17 is formed so as to pierce the form plate 11, the substrate 13 and the mount member 16 and the leading end part of the holding bolt 15 is inserted into the communication hole 17. The holding collar attached to a collar 3 is provided to the leading end part of the holding bolt 15 and a bolt part 21 is threaded with a nut part 23 to draw the collar 3 to press the same to the mount member 16 and the collar 3 is held in such a state that the key groove thereof is engaged with the key 35 of the mount member 16.
