Abstract:
PURPOSE: To disperse macro pores and micro pores evenly, and while reduce the quantity of noble metal fine-grain.
CONSTITUTION: Gas flow passage forming capsule powders 32, which respectively consists of a carbon grain 31 and PTEF fine-grains 30 fixed thereto, and phosphoric acid carrying powders 37, which respectively consists of a carbon grain 35 and noble metal fine-grains 36 carried by the carbon grain 35, are mixed, and hot-pressing is performed to form a catalyzer layer.
