Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming an outer electrode of desired profile positively on an electronic device.
CONSTITUTION: When an outer electrode 5 is formed on an electronic device, a basic material of the outer electrode 5, i.e., a sheet-like conductive member, is prepared at first. The conductive member is then cut according to the profile of the outer electrode 5 thus obtaining a piece of electrode sheet having desired shape. The piece 10 of electrode sheet is then stuck to a predetermined position of the base material 3 of device and secured temporarily. The piece 10 of electrode sheet is then placed into a solvent and dissolved thus securing securing the piece 10 to the base material 3 of device.
