FORMATION OF STEREOSPECIFIC PATTERN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04289365
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: Coating (A) is made of polyester resin for instance added with stainless powder as magnetic powder. Next, color steel plates are continuously transferred to the arrow direction as materials 14 coated with coating. The coating (A) is continuously applied from a coating feeder 1 to the coated face 14a. Next, electric current is conducted to fine fractions composing an electro magnet of a magnetic rotor 2 by the signals from a controller 15 to arrange the magnetic powder within the wet coating film (A) as an electromagnet. Subsequently, transparent acrylic coating is applied on the material 14 from an over-coating discharger 8.
