PURPOSE: To accurately form a notch at the specified position of a shrink pack, by forming an unsealing notch by a heated blade after the shrink pack is once stopped and fixed.
CONSTITUTION: A shrink bag 21 is transferred on a notching device 5 by a transfer conveyor 51. At that time, it is guided to pass an appropriate position on a conveyer 51 due to a guide bar 52. Next, the shrink pack 21 is transferred to reach the position of stopper 531 to stop the shrink pack 21 on the conveyor 51. Nexty, the rear unit 54 is raised by an air cylinder 542 or so like the front unit 53 to fix the shrink pack 21 not to move by pressing the pack 21 with the fastening blocks 541 within the rear unit 54, and at the same time an unsealing notch 6 is formed in the shrink pack 21 by the heated blade in the notch unit 56.
