Abstract:
PURPOSE:To continue a forme processing and to improve processing efficiency, by expanding an area automatically when data on which the forme processing is applied exceeds the area. CONSTITUTION:When a forme indication instruction is inputted from an input device 1, the forme processing of an original data stored in a text data storage part 9 is performed until the area generated at an area generating part 8 is filled. When the area is filled, a forme command processing part 6 starts up an area change processing part 14, and the area generating part 8 expands the area to the lower limit by the instruction of the area change processing part 14. Next, the forme command processing part 6 performs the following forme processing of a text data on an expanded area until no text data exist. At this time, when the forme processing is completed before the expanded area is filled, the forme command processing part 6 starts up again the area change processing part 14, and reduce the area fitting it to a forme data.
