PURPOSE: To execute bending of a leg in a state that a delivery to the next process is executed easily, by bending a pair of legs which have been projected to both ends of parts at the fitting part of the upper part by using a forming tool, and also holding the leg by a prescribed groove.

CONSTITUTION: On the upper face of a forming tool 9 of a forming device, a receiving piece 13 is provided projectingly, and on both side faces, a guide groove 9a is formed. On the other hand, on a guide body 17 of the upper part of the tool 9, a fitting part 19 is provided projectingly, and on a fitting body 15, a guide groove 21 is provided. According to this constitution, when the tool 9 on which a pair of legs 2a projected to both ends have been placed is made to ascend by an air cylinder 11, the leg 2a is bent by the fitting part 19, also held by the groove 9a and the groove 21, and projected to the upper face of the guide body 17. Therefore, bending of the leg 2a can be executed in a state that a delivery to the next process is executed easily.
