PURPOSE: To shape coating film uniformly in a desired thickness by arranging meshes of low permittivity materials shaped in a desired thickness over the surface of the metal to be coated and applying a putty-shaped fixed paint.
CONSTITUTION: Meshes or screen of a desired thickness made of low permittivity materials such as nylon or polyester are arranged over the surface of the metal to be coated with microwave-reflection preventing film. Then, over these meshes or screen, putty-shaped microwave-reflection preventing paint is applied by an iron or a roller for shaping a coating film almost as thick as the above-written meshes or screen uniformly on the surface of the metal. To obtain the above-written putty- shaped paint, 0.2W3 weight units of insulating organic high molecular compound are used to 1 weight unit of magnetic substance powder, and into them, a small amount of plasticizer, for example phthalic acid ester and hardener, pigment, and pigment dispersant, for example, castor oil with water, are added to be kneaded into the shape of putty of about 5000W30000 cp in viscosity.
