Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a forming mold for forming the outer surface which can easily and simply cast a cast product having complicate outer surface shape.
CONSTITUTION: The forming mold 20 for forming the outer surface is fitted on the inner surface of the cavity of a metallic mold. The forming mold 20 has a square cylindrical state forming mold body 21, and many through-holes 22 are arranged between the fitting surface 25 and the inside surface 26 of the forming mold body 21. In the fitting surface 25, grooves 23 communicated with the through-holes 22 are arranged. The forming mold 20 is made of powdery graphite and a plastic material for sticking mutually powdery graphite.
