PURPOSE: To form a light steel sheet pile with high dimension in the height direction, etc., with small diameter rolls and to enlarge the product size range to be used in common.
CONSTITUTION: Plural feeding drive exclusive roll stands drive feeding a blank. The former bending roll stand 13 and its down stream side latter bending roll stand are arranged respectively between the former part and the latter part of the feeding drive exclusive roll stand groups. The first bending roll stand 13 has upper and lower freely rotating flat rolls 21a, 21b to clamp a web part 1a of a light steel sheet pile and upper and lower freely rotating horizontal V-bending rolls 23a, 23b to clamp a 2nd bending part 1d and bends a half of the final bending angle of a 1st bending part 1b and bends the final bending angle of a 2nd bending part 1d. The latter bending roll stand has upper and lower freely rotating flat rolls, freely inclining rolls and receiving rolls, and bends the 1st bending part 1b until the final bending angle.
