PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold form design device capable of converting a mold form of a concrete molding into data to be output by a 3D printer.SOLUTION: A mold form design system X includes a mold form design device 1 and a 3D printer 3. A design data acquisition part 100 of the mold form design device 1 acquires design data 200 of a mold form of a concrete molding. The design data 200 is CAD data or the like of a general concrete molding. A design data processing part 110 processes the design data 200 acquired by the design data acquisition part 100 in accordance with a user's instruction. An output data conversion part 120 converts the design data 200 processed by the design data processing part 110 into output data 210 for the 3D printer.
