The foundation concrete construction tool includes: a polygonal first area 11 corresponding to the plane of foundation concrete K in which a plurality of piping 1, 2 and 3 are erected at predetermined positions; and a plurality of second areas 12 protruding from each side edge of the first area 11. The second area 12 is formed at the same height as that of the second area of the foundation concrete K in a projecting direction, and configured so as to be bendable at its boundary with the first area 11. In the first area 11, a piping insertion planned part 16 is disposed correspondingly to the position of each of the plurality of piping 1, 2 and 3, and an injection planned part 18 for injecting paste-like concrete is disposed by avoiding the piping insertion planned part 16, and information 17 of each piping 1, 2 and 3 is displayed in the neighborhood of the piping insertion planned part 16.
