Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the foundation construction works to shorten the construction period by effectively utilizing the shape characteristics of housing units to make the foundation.
CONSTITUTION: Startup members 2 to be arranged on footing members 1 are produced in a factory into the shape of plane square based on the shape of the bottom face of housing units 3. The startup members 2 are arranged so as to be laid over the footing members 1 arranged in parallel in the construction field, and the housing units 3 are placed on the startup members 2.
